The Jenkins Family Farm is located in the picturesque village of West Barnstable. Built in 1840, the original 30 acres of farmland and cranberry bogs was eventually split when the Mid Cape Highway was built. Once operating 80 acres of cranberry bogs at their peak, the Jenkins family still owns and operates over 30 acres of bogs today.

The West Parish Church was built in 1717. The church is known by locals as the Rooster Church because of the rooster weather vane, which came from England and has perched above the church since 1723. Over the years the church has been used as a town hall and a school.

Sandy Neck is 6 miles and 4700 acres of beautiful dunes, marshes and beach. Sandy Neck is Federally owned and locally operated by the Town of Barnstable. The beach is one of the most popular off road beaches on the Cape for both day trippers and overnight RV's. Stickers are required, and are available at the Sandy Neck Beach gate house.
